The service was horrible!!!! We went to celebrate my sisters birthday there. We spend two hours and in those two hours we only saw the lady when she took our order and when she brought the food. It was really hot inside the restaurant I asked 3 different waitress if they could refill our waters and they never came with the water! On top of that we got charge $24 for tips!! Seriously! For what! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If anyone is planning on going there best to look for a different place! They even don't have parking. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

The food is good, but the lunchtime service is really slow. Painfully slow.

I 'been coming, every 2 or 3 months to this restaurant for several years, driving 45 miles each way I came, at first the quality and size was there, but through recent times is been diminishing quality, I once considered this restaurant the best Mexican food in LA, now after 3 or 4 recent disappointing visits, I have decided to do only one more visit and if not improved I will no longer come, my preferred ranchero steak with shrimp, from about 7 inches has been reduced to about 3.5 inches, less quality meat and it been dry , the marinating has also been diminished in quality or time, the overall plate has been reduced in quality and size, the soup overcooked, the tortillas were dry, I always recommend my friends as the place to go, now I have my doubts.
I would not have mind if the price went up, assuming the quality is kept, or do a new dish for the cheaper version, so those who want quality as I, would pay for the quality and service, I realize cost of living call for higher prices in some items, but being a restaurateur (not Mexican food) myself, I know of costs and quality.

ORDERED A SHRIMP COCKTAIL AND MY CUP WAS FILLED ONLY HALF WAYS. MY ORDER WAS TO GO THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME MY DRINK HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO GET THE DRINK AND TO CORRECT THE PORTION SIZE. DID NOT LIKE THE COCKTAIL AT ALL WORST $10 I'VE SPENT.
