I come for breakfast a lot. I am always greeted promptly when I enter and never wait long to place my order. My favorite is the machacado plate. The portions are generous so bring an appetite!

So sad, so disappointing. This used to be my one of favorite restaurants. Then one day, everything changed. And it kept getting worse. The last straw was when my husband and I got a batch of refried beans that tasted like they had been left out overnight. We didn't raise a fuss, we simply left them on our plates. When we got to the cash register to pay, the manager asked "How was everything?". So I mentioned that the beans were probably left over from last week. She then proceeded to argue. Seriously.

Horrible staff.. specifically the girl taking orders at the Drive-Thru window.
In addition, the manager never apologized or showed me any compassion.
I guess his horrible customer service skills is "he leads and they follow!"
Again! Horrible Horrible service and staff including management.

First there food is great! My wife and I have been going there for years now. Good food takes time to prepare and if they make a mistake they correct it right away (We are all human). But one thing they did made my wife and I feel that they care more about their customers than other restaurants. My wife lost her phone in the restaurant, an employee found the phone behind, gave it to the manager and she found a way to contact us. We got the phone back! #Honest People # Great Food # Great Service #
