Le Peep, Albuquerque, New Mexico Restaurant Details

Very polite and professional staff. Love the country fried steak and eggs. Reasonable prices too. Very clean too.

I was hungry this morning and had some time so I first went to the Marriott to check out their buffet. Wasn't that impressed so I googled places to eat and saw Le Peep was a short walk so I decided to try it. It was great. I had a green chile, Swiss, tomato, onion, avacado omelet and a blueberry pancake with warm blueberry sauce. I will be back! Erika was a great server as well. The manager also stopped by and was very friendly.

Food is delicious, Service was fast enough considering it was at full capacity for balloon fiesta week and the waitress was very attentive. I highly recommend the Great Reef Benedict Egg plate. Who would have thought hollandaise sauce, crab and eggs would taste incredible!

Soooo.... This is how the story goes. My friends and I want to get together for breakfast. Its been 6 months since the three of us have been together (without children) and car pooling or having something to do with school activities. I chose the restaurant - the new Le Peep. The three of us are so excited to put on high hills, apply the make-up and ready to have a few giggles! We excitedly ordered our breakfast and had a wonderful little waitress take our order. Eventually the order arrives. We don't mind the wait because we have so many things to talk about. Paula's order has a long hair in it (after her first bite) we have it returned. No biggie. It happens. We continue our fun conversation and its time for us to go. Paula would like to take the red chili home. They bring us a container that has "stuff" in it. Ugh. I needed to go to the restroom and it is DISGUSTING. I mean really bad. At this moment I am thinking the Manager needs to know what has happened. The District Manager was worthless. He responds with I am sorry. That's it. Nothing else. I can not believe that he did nothing. I told him I would never be back and I would let everyone I know about my morning with Le Peep. Albuquerque people be warned - I wont be back and I hope you don't either. Lets just hope I don't get food poisoning to top it all off. To my friends: I am so sorry and you can pick the next place as long as its not Le Peep!!!
