Ordered a pizza at 3:30pm and hasn't arrived as of now which is 5:10pm. I called and got a new arrival time for 4:37 and called again; the order was sent out a while ago but the driver is held up for some reason. Terrible delivery service

After calling Leona's Hyde Park 3 times and speaking with a manager, I was still over charged for something I didn't order and another item was missing from the order. The quality of the food was awful. My bill was $39.35. The Fish tasted old, the breading was falling off and the tartar sauce was warm. The Five cheese lasagna made my son have a reaction as though he had just ate peanuts (which he is allergic.) I am going to return the salad I didn't order today for a refund. This was a very disappointing experience. Sad.

The wait staff was friendly and the service was totally fine. The pizza was slightly better than a tombstone frozen pizza.
