Lewiston House Of Pizza, Lewiston, Maine Restaurant Details

Food:

Placed call at 5pm for one large pizza and a 2 liter of soda... waited an hour still wasn't delivered so called back told it was just sent out... waited 15 minutes and still nothing call again to be told it just walked out door another 15 minute and it arrives... house is no more than 3/4 a mile away ...pizza wasn't hot when it got here...

Food:

They'relways screwing up orders. Service is usually by rude little tartlets and incompetent delivery drivers. Everything tastes like grease, and usually cold by the time you get it (If you get it.) Place sucks, get your pizza at the tens of other better pizza places in the L/A area.

Absolutely joke service. Ordered delivery food wich took an hour - opened the box and got wrong food. Called back the restaurant and they said that they needed to 'swap' food out with proper order. I asked if they really need the second half of the wrong calzone to which they responded 'yes'. Manager was entirely inept when I asked her why she simply said 'owner policy'. I've ordered from these guys before and have had similarly bad experiences so I guess it's my fault for trusting them again. Absolute lack of customer service and sense. What a disgraceful pit.

Horrendous service, they get the order wrong every single time, for home delivery they forget items, deliver the wrong items and if you dare to call in the female manager Melinda is completely combative/aggressive and hangs up on you with no provocation. I find it perplexing that they hand you a printed receipt with what your order should include and still they get it wrong every time. Melinda you should be fired, your workers are incompetent and evidently illiterate as if they read the receipts they hand me, they could see they are handing me my orders incorrectly or have omitted things entirely. Tonight after four calls, being hung up on and getting yelled at, you lost a customer forever. Have a nice day and find another place to eat, this place stinks. FYI their lettuce is brown in all their salads every time as well. Yummy, brown salad!

Service is horrible and they are very combative over the phone. I work for a customer service center and the customer service they provided is absolutely horrible. On top of that when the driver got here he only had one order and not the other. We advised him of this and all he said was sorry and left. I then called back and the lady i spoke with Tristan, was very rude and bossing me around. They did state they would send the order out but then called back stating they will not send it. At this point I was very frustrated with them and asked why when they screwed up? At this point she becomes very rude and combative like I stated, advised it was not very friendly customer service. She didnt care and I stated i was going to make a complaint and the woman stated ok feel free and then hung up on me. I would advise to never order form here being very rude and not giving you what you ordered and also taking two hours to deliver your food. I will be calling their manager tomorrow and making a verbal complaint. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!!
