Lily's Family Restaurant, Anchorage, Alaska Restaurant Details

Food:

The food was not flavorful. The two individuals working there were not attentive to us and we were the only individuals in the entire restaurant. It took forever to get our check while no one was there. They were watching Netflix or some other streaming service because no one else was in the restaurant. There is no buffer between the restroom flushing loudly and the dining area. All the appetizers on the menu looked they were just bought from Costco and thrown in the drier. Nothing special about the food. WiFi was only 1 Mbps but they had it.

Only offered to refund half of what was paid for, for the chicken wings which were burnt & dry, inedible food! Wish I could post a picture to this review!

I placed an order for delivery and never received it, they wouldn't answer the phones for the rest of the night or the next day and they already charged my card.

Work next door so eat there often. The old owners were terrible but has been under new ownership and I now enjoy there food.

The Staff seemed annoyed by the mere presence of patrons, coffee tasted as if it had been sitting on a warmer over night. I'm almost certain the gravy comes from a can-Don't eat it. Nothing was especially good. For the price and quality of the food, You are better off making it at home.

If Someone were to just wipe a few tables off, serve with a smile, and take some pride in the food they were preparing and serving at this greasy spoon joint- It could become one of those local favorites. However based on my experience, I don't think they care all that much.
