Lineberger's Seafood, Gatlinburg, Tennessee Restaurant Details

Sweet but stupid waitress!! They were out of salad we got cole slaw instated out of homemade mash potatoes instead we got instant potatoes instated ..we ordered calamaris and had about 12 on our plate!! Our expensive fish was probably some cheap white fish but we would never know because it was covered in nasty spicy sauce ..i mean i could go on and on !!! And it was very expensive ! We were better off eating at subway!! Horrible !!

My family and I were in Gatlinburg this past weekend to celebrate a birthday. My husband had a seizure while having dinner at this restaurant. The staff and others in the restaurant were very helpful during the emergency. I took the kids back the next night without my husband and the management took care of our entire check. They remembered us from the night before. The food was delicious but I would go back there even if it was not. I am an attorney and I deal with the worse of the worse in society everyday. But I will tell you that God still has good people in this world. Thank you again.

We visited Linebergers on Wednesday evening, December 10th. We had visited last December for the first time and were quite pleased with our meal and service. When we visited last year it was against the recommendation of my in-laws, who had eaten at Linebergers years ago and thought it less than average. We told them of our experience last year and they decided to give it another try on a trip last month. They were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed their visit such that they plan to stop in again in March.

I had the salt and pepper fried catfish and garlic mashed potatoes and my wife had fried flounder with baked potato. Both were excellent, with the catfish breading reminiscent of country fried steak or chicken breading.

Definitely has become one of our favorite stops.

We had our company party at Linebergers this past weekend and the food, host, servers, etc. were great - very accomodating. Everything went off with out a hitch and we couldnt have been more pleased. Great locale, beautiful decor...definitely worth a return trip!

Was kinda iffy about going here after reading the reviews but actually was very impressed. With a packed house our service was still top notch. Crab legs were some of the best I had ever had. Though it did take a few minutes to get some crackers to open them with. Overall the atmosphere was great and we had a great meal with an excellent view.
