At the drive-thru waiting for a hot and ready pizza and the girl never came to the window but she looked my way several times. She kept taking orders from the people coming inside. I sat at the window for 15 mins and drove off when she tended to the people inside...rude as hell

20 min wait for a Hot and Ready pizza? Don't think so! Went to Elizabeth's pizza on Summit and got a loaded pizza in 10 min.

I recently went to this place to get some pizzas for my family. When I ordered these pizzas I had called them in and they said that it would be a ten minute wait. I went to get some gas and then went to pick up my pizzas. When I arrived they told me that my pizzas would not be done for another 30 min, because they had fallen behind. Needless to say I was very upset. I waited all that time and then they bring me my pizzas and they looked horrible. All that they both were was just bread. It looked like they just threw the pizzas together. There was barley any sauce on the bread and little to no cheese on the pizzas. I refused to take the pizzas and I asked for my money back. The manager took the pizzas from me and threw them. He had said a few nasty words and told me to take my money and leave. The worst part was that he was so busy being mad at me that he had snot on his face and all the customers could see it just hanging there and he made our pizzas. You don't have to ever worry about me returning there to get any food.
