Never had an issue. Always has pizza hot and ready to go. No issue with anything, ever.

Cant cut a pizza to save their lives, but the pizza itself is always fresh and well made. Also like the crazy bread, which is pretty good too. Staff is friendly, at least the younger staff

My wife went too pick up pizza for us last night. We called an hour ahead, because they usually don't have the deep dish ready to just run in and out. We ordered an hr. ahead of time and picked it up. When we came home, the dough was raw. My wife took the pizza back and the girl at the front counter told her, we should have heated up the oven to 350 and finish cooking it. While she was waiting in and arguing about our refund, you could see the girl in the back using her hands to add cheese to a pizza. That isn't the bad part of our service, but the girl adding the cheese just got off her cellphone and just went back at adding the cheese not washing her hands. I've gone there about 4 times and wondered about this. Do they wash their hands after handling money at the register. I could only hope they do, but I wouldn't count on it now. Put the pizza in the oven at 350 just blew my mind. That's like going to a restaurant and asking for raw seafood and side dishes so you could cook it at home. This place is a joke. I feel bad that my parent gave us 3 $15.00 gift cards for this place, they will never be used. My advice would be stay away. Loved the fact that they were making the deep dish, but not worth the hassle and chance of getting ill from poor food handling.

horrible service. the cashier acts like your bothering her by ordering and being there. they never have any pizza's hot and ready like advertized regardless if your getting a lunch combo or at dinner time a cheese pizza so regardless if its lunch or dinner your waiting and at dinner time i waited over 35 minutes. employees are not apologetic for your inconveinience and manager hides in the back of the store instead of comming to the front of the store to apologize to the customers or greet them. very unorganized location and non inviting very cold attitudes from employees this store needs a major change in employees and management worste location i have ever been to in all of las vegas and henderson hopefully their corporate office sees this review so they can try to make this location a better one
