I come to a take-out pizza place to get a quick, good pizza.. not for a fun friendly atmosphere with fake, happy-go-lucky drones. There's a reason this place doesn't have tables. Bottom line: the pizza is good, the staff is good, and you can't please the "entitled" types no matter what.

I don't usually make the time to write reviews, but this is the last straw. This particular location is terrible. I don't think I've EVER walked in and had a "Hot and Ready" pizza waiting for me. I do remember most times the wait was terribly long and I've always left in a bad mood. This time I WON'T be back. It was not that crowded and they still had no pizzas up, I ordered a simple Hot & Ready Pep and waited and waited. The staff was arguing, there was no synergy. I felt as though the cooks were sabotaging the efforts of the front line worker. The cashier was trying to help customers and even offered to refund my pizza when it came out, so I continued to wait. Eventually, it became crowded and I gave up, walked out with no Pizzas (they can keep my money). I went to Dominoes and walked out 12 minutes later with a pepperoni pizza. It was a little more expensive, but totally worth it.
This location needs some process improvement. Either a well staffed team which works together, or maybe move to a larger space if the demand is to high.
I noticed the other pizza places were well organized and the pizza making process flowed very well.
I'm not sure who the owner of this franchise is, but I think it's time for an intervention by the owner and a season'd manager!

Impressed with Edward at the register. He has handled a large amount of customers, but the back emd of the restaurant seem to be in slow motion. Maybe more Edwards and less of the back end.

Garbage, plain and simple. The manager was very rude and insulting, the food took longer than they told us, and it tasted terrible. I have never been a customer at a place and been insulted by the staff faster than I was here. And there is a reason they have inexpensive food...because it SUCKS. I literally felt sick to my stomach after two slices. Even if they gave their pizza away for free I wouldn't eat it. It's the last time I will ever walk into this dump. I'd give it negative stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting.
