I ordered a pizza and it tasted terrible....never ordering from there agen

Horrible service. Today we called in a pizza at 6:05 p.m. We arrived to pick it up at 6:30 and it still wasn't ready and didn't get it till 7:00. Once we got home pizza was undercooked and breadsticks were still doughy and uncooked. If you want good pizza don't bother with this place, just go to dominoes or pizzahut.

Food:

Instead of using an apron or soap, the cashier likes using his shirt to wipe his hands. I don't know if that has anything to do with the 24 hours of vomiting my wife and I went through. . But that mediocre pizza definitely was not worth it.

The "Hot and Ready" pizzas are good and freshly baked. Tastes great and the price is easy on the wallet. Only downside is the employees customer service. Otherwise would have been a 5 but hey, I'm not there to make conversation. As long as the pizzas good I'm happy.

Came here last Saturday and after my large order was placed I was told the Credit Card machine wasn't working NOR was I able to redeem my gift card. The employee could have told me this before I had placed my order. I gave this location the benefit of a doubt and tried them yesterday and was told the same exact thing about their Credit Card terminal. (Mind you I had to ask before placing an order) So frustrated with this location I proceeded to the location on Wurzbach which isn't the best neighborhood but was given exceptional customer service. They were VERY busy and one of the employees had a (difficult) customer. I observed their reaction towards this customer which by the way was handled professionally. The employees worked as a team and was given my order in a timely matter.
