Best pizza in Huntington, and in my opinion, the best pizza on Long Island. It is the closest I have had to NYC pizza.

Food:

Its hit or miss with this place. When you get a "hot" fresh out of the over" pie its pretty good. But when you get one that's been sitting on top of the ovens it's a crap shoot. Even if you call ahead you get what ever has been there the longest. Unfortunately I've been disappointed a number of times and will ask to see the product before I purchase the goods. I also must say that the workers there seem like they could use a clean shirt as well as a slight smile. In general when you get a good pie its pretty awesome, when you don't its a waste of $16..look for the coupons in the local paper!

"Minimalist late-night pizza heaven." I couldn't have said it better myself. Don't expect to be pampered by servers, but they're fast and offer some of the best pizza I've had.

After the bars get a slice or two with cold cheese. My go-to during the day is a pie with extra sauce; order ahead and let it sit there at least an extra ten minutes to let the cheese set (half an hour is better). They also offer limited toppings on pies.

always let the cheese cool down or it will burn your mouth like hot lava!!!!!! other than that absolutely amazing, I only wish I didn't live so far away otherwise I would be here every day :) I wish they had some single slices, but I think they're too dedicated to their amazing quality for that. No worries! I'll just buy a whole pie :D

This place is a local legend. The line is out the door at 2 am. They only have one thing on the menu, pizza. lol. no toppings! only one...... Cold Cheese. you have to know the secret to ask for "Cold Cheese". If you don't do this you are not only an obvious tourist but a fool.
