I ate here yesterday i wanted BBQ. When we arrived here they had NO bbq ribs so they were UNPREPARED for customers. They took too long to bring out or appetizer. This restaurant had a disgusting musty smell, the waitress was nice and all but I found a total of 4 HAIRS in my FOOD. Hair in my food (my opinion) is one of the most revolting and disgusting things especially from someone else's head. I ordered FOOD NOT HAIR. the waitress forgot to refill my drink but didn't forget to refill my boyfriends drink the minute he was out of water. The fried pickles I had were greasy and made my stomach hurt/upset. Last but not least there were absolutely no napkins or condoments at the table at all we had to ask for some.

Arrived at 8pm on a Wednesday night, seated immediately. Waitress very nice, personable and attentive with me and my son. Rolls were hot and fresh out of the oven, bloody Mary fixed up nice, appetizer sampler was great. Had my main dish by 8:30 Steak prepared perfectly. Will definitely come back.

My tea was sour. They couldn't serve fried food. My salad had brown lettuce. My soup tasted like water. Our server was rude when I told her the problem.

I used to frequently this location weekly when I had friends working. The atmosphere was always fun and inviting. Things were done in a timely manner, and the manager was always roaming around talking to guests. This was about 3 years ago. Last night, my best friend, who used to work as a hostess and server at this location, suggested we stop in to eat. As soon as we walked into the door, some ladies leaving wished us good luck...we should have taken that as a sign.

First, the 4 people gathered around the host stand stared us down for a couple of minutes before even opening their mouths. The looks we were given for walking in were of disgust and anger for no known reason. Finally, one spoke up, if you can call a scoff that, and plainly asked us "How many?" After them exchanging glances, one of the guys finally speaks up and says "Fine, I'll seat them," as if he had lost some sort of bet. He rips the menus out of the holder and starts walking. When we arrive at our booth, we were seated at a half clean table. Back when we used to frequent, the bussers would clean any food remnants off of the seat before customers were sat. Tonight, every table around us that was cleared still had food left in the seats, and it was up to the customers to clean it. Also, every customer around us was seated with rolled silverware, we received none.

Our server was nice, but she seemed very busy. Not sure if she was spread out, as we had only seen her tend to 3 tables near us, all 2 tops. We got our drinks, ordered our app, and it arrived after about 30 minutes but it was excused. We ordered our normal app that we shared in our past visits, but were unpleasantly surprised when the wings we ordered were beyond spicy. We mentioned that to the server, who had yet to refill our drinks. We had to flag her down again to ask for silverware and refills since she just ignored the empty glasses in our second visit from her.

As we were enjoying our appetizer, a hostess began clearing the table next to us. As she turned with the plates, a ramekin full of ranch dressing dropped to the floor and splattered our legs and feet. She apologized and grabbed us napkins. She was very sweet and sincere with her apology. After another 45 minutes, we finally saw our entree and it didn't look very appealing. I had the "Fried cheese and bacon burger". What I had imagined was hot, gooey, breaded and fried cheese patty melting onto the burger after being cut, but it was a greasy, luke warm and grainy patty on a mediocre burger, at best.

The food was subpar, the service was meh, at best, and the poor girls next to use received the wrong order, while the server just said "Oh, the kitchen is not doing well tonight". The manager was seen tending only to a table of 6 that was already covered by multiple servers and fetching them everything, while many other tables sat there waiting for their server to walk by. He seemed uninterested in anything but that table. Not even a quick trip around to see if everyone in the area is ok. The 6 top table received their food about 30 minutes after seating, while the rest of us waited for longer than we probably should have.

After a grueling 2 hours there, we were not happy with the new team at the restaurant. It seems like they started from the bottom up and replaced the whole staff. They should consider doing that again. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closed within a year. It seems as though no one that worked there care too much about their job.

My experience was horrible, They did not have anything we ordered. They advertise barbeque ribs but they had no barbeque sauce, because had not come in. They advertise strawberry lemonade, no strawberry to make it with. They did not take the menu off of a table too small to eat on. They did not remove empty plates or check with us in a timely manner to see if we needed anything else.
