Logan's Roadhouse, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Great experience. Had a pleasant waitress, (very pretty btw) the food was out standing. I think the dinner salad left a lot to be desired but the steak sure made up for it. I will definetly come back and spread the word to others. I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews below, but I'm glad I decided to try it anyway. Hurray!

I was really offended when I went to dine with my 85 year old beautiful Mom. As 2 women together we were offered a table in the dark recesses near the noisy service table for the wait staff. When I asked for a different table we were offered another table in the far back of the restaurant near the noisy kitchen. The disrespect was palatable (pun intended). It felt unfriendly, disrespectful, and completely rude.
We left and went to The Keg, where we had a lovely meal and only had to ask to be reseated once. Following the policy of seating 2 women at the worst table in the place is.... rather archaic. Are the management schools still teaching this in 2015? The women I know that dine out always tip at least 20% and are very polite with the servers.

I'm new to the area so I decided to go have some dinner with my mom here. The food was great, and I felt the service was really good too. The waitress came around a couple of times to check on us, but it wasn't to the point where it was anmoying. I'll definitely come back here again.

DO NOT GO HERE. My mom and sister went in to eat and there was a spider on the table. The general manager Jim came over to say "Sorry about that spider" and did nothing else about it. My mom said he was creepy looking and she didn't even want to eat her food after, she would have rather not seen his face. Also, in the midst of this, I had applied here as I just moved in the area and the general manager was especially rude to me in my interview. He was saying that he doesn't promote anyone "lame" and when he asked I told him I respected my former boss a lot and he made a comment saying I was "gushing"?? At the end, he told me that they had a few more people to see and if I don't hear back from him by Saturday that they "found someone better than me." Totally unprofessional and I can't believe anyone would actually want to work there under this sort of management. I'd say go for TEXAS ROADHOUSE INSTEAD!
