If you are supposed to open at 10:00 then why were you still closed at 10:40. Unprofessional

I waited patiently 8 minutes in the drive thru before being acknowledged and the half gallon tea I ordered, they gave me root beer, what a disgusting surprise. I called nobody answered. I know I waited 8 minutes because I like to time how long it takes. On a separate occasion it took 20 minutes.
