Long John Silver's, Lincoln, Nebraska Restaurant Details

Food:

I like long john silver, the food was hot and the correct food was good.

However, I'm extremely disappointed that we waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line and got home to have an incorrect order. Called to discuss and the lady was apologetic, however I didn't feel as thought it was sincere. Let's see, you inconvenienced me, you ask me how you can make it better, I ask you to mail me a coupon for the food that messed up and you say no, we'll put your name in our book (the fact that they have a book of messed up orders says ALOT!) and give it to me next time.... Your offering to "give" me something I already paid for and waited for, no thanks. If I decide I want chicken again - I'll go to elsewhere.

I think this store needs a lesson in customer service and a roll of stamps - the very least they can do is mail out a coupon to someone for food/service they already paid for!

Came in after bowling tournament to have a late supper. The front counter person was just a s friendly as she could be. She made sure we had everything we needed and if not she got it for us. Very clean restaurant & comfortable atmosphere. Thank you very much for the great service!!! Not to mention the food was amazing!!! Served hot and didn't have to wait long at all.
