Best Long Johns I've ever been to!!

I have always liked Long John's food.
Had stopped coming here due to concerns of sewer smell and overall lack of deep cleaning of facility. That seems to be resolved. No sewer smell today and staff has big equipment moved for cleaning behind/under. Looking around... Soda fountain, floor corners, other 'deep clean' issues addressed.

Food:

The battered seafood is DELICIOUS! The only fast-food seafood place that actually has tender flaky fish.
The other places (like Pete's) seem to cook the fish until it is all dried out. Or use a processed fish stick (like McDonalds).
The one draw back is this is not very healthy -- I guess you could order the non-battered fish, but then why are you even eating here? Go buy an apple at the grocery store.

I love the quality of product for much less than formal settings. The fish is great, the cole slaw is awsome and the hush puppies surprised me. I am a twice a week guy.
