Longhorn Steakhouse, Clearwater, Florida, American Restaurant Details

We have been going to this Longhorn Steakhouse for years, always a perfect medium rare steak, consistent each and every time, however, the last experience was extraordinary from to moment we arrived. We were there for a Birthday Celebration and were treated with prompt and courteous service from Luke, our server and from Pam, the manager. Both Luke and Pam came to our table often to make sure everything was perfect (it was and always has been). Knowing this was a Birthday dinner a beautiful Birthday card came with our desert with a personal note from Luke on one side and from Pam on the other side of the card. We go to Longhorn because we know exactly what to expect but this evening was made outstanding and memorable because of the attention shown by Luke and Pam. Thank you, sincerely thank you and see you again soon.

I just had a magical 88th birthday at Longhorn. We have celebrated many birthdays there but none like this. Luke was our waiter and he did a spectacular job!! Pam, the manager came by several times to check that everything was perfect. I had a coupon for a free desert for my birthday. I chose the four kinds of chocolate cake with two scoops of ice cream. Written across the side of the platter was "Happy 88th Birthday". Pam also gave me a card from Luke and her, and all the employees. I also have to complement the chef.He always gets our steaks perfect. A big 5 STAR rating for a superb job well done!!!!

Had pretty bad service last night the waiter was rude and inattentive. I'm sure he was probably having an off day. Oh well, I don't hold it against the restaurant.

I like the place it is always so busy and I do not like to wait. Food great

The restaurant is very clean. The food is outstanding. The service is very good. The only problem I have a this restaurant is having to wait before I get seated. But in the end its all worth it i will recommend this restaurant to anybody I know
