After reading the most recent review for this place (rated 1 star), I thought I would take my family out there and give them a chance. Unfortunately that review (by the restaurant critic) was spot on. Slow wait staff, slow kitchen, food brought out barely warm (it had been sitting there awhile), and poor seasoning / preparation / quality control of food. I ordered the rack of lamb, and I can only describe it as a combination of bland and tasteless. Another member in my party ordered the salmon (politely asking that it not be overcooked), and it came out dry, with a fishy smell usually indicative of salmon that should have been thrown away. The kitchen also had issues cooking steaks properly...which for a steakhouse is a problem. The manager came out and did his best to try to resolve issues...which included comping items not produced to standard. I have visited this location multiple times over the years...and the simple truth is that it has gone downhill. I gave them one more star because of a manager who cared and the excellent patron margarita that I was served.

I am a under cover food critic hired by a world known chef to do food ratings on companies, let me start off by saying the food was horrible, I got chicken and vegetables when arriving they were ice cold after waiting a hour and a half for our food, it was my wives birthday we told the waitress it was her birthday, she didn't bring out the free birthday desert to us but gave one to the people behind us. We ordered two shots, not only so they taste watered down but it took 20 minutes to get them. The waitress checked on our table two times out of two hours of being there after waiting for food and drinks. Then they ran out of prime rib, did not tell us until 1 hour and 36 minutes into dinner. The guy handled it well and offered a cut of meat similar to prime rib. I will be going back in again in the future, let's just hope its a better experience....

I have been at the West Ridge Road location twice. The steak was cooked perfect both times. The staff is friendly and even though the restaraunt was very busy, the staff made us feel like we were the only people in the place. Great food, customer service and attention to details!

My wife and I have been to this location twice. Both times the service was stellar and the steaks were very good. Cooked to order and tasty. I would definitely recommend it.
