One of my favorite places to go. Amazing food and atmosphere.

I read the previous reviews and I am astonished at how they could be so disappointed. My family and I have eaten here and had take out probably 5 times in the last 2 months and every time the food is exactly how it should be cook, tastes amazing, and I get great customer service. I will be returning and recommending to friends.

For the 3rd time in 4 tries they were out of prime rib again. We were to meet 2 other couples for dinner, and when we were to be seated, we asked if they had prime rib - they (again) said they were out. This is on a Thursday evening....weekend is coming and you aren't prepared again? Does the manager have a clue? Does he-she-it even show up? We left and went up the street to Outback where we had a great meal and spent $188 that Longhorn didn't want. None of us care to go back again.

They under cooked my steak and over seasoned it. The manager was a total dick and the waitress was very racist. By the time I received my foods appetite was ruined I'm pregnant I told th I needed my steak well done and they gave me medium rare... Their attitudes were very unacceptable this was my first and last time eating there.

We've eaten at numerous Longhorn stores around the country and our recent visit here was marred by amateurish service. Our party of four arrived for lunch on a not-particularly-busy Saturday. Two of the party had arrived before my wife and I and they had already had water spilled on the table before we arrived. During our meal the waitress spilled water a second time, AND spilled hot coffee, then went away for several minutes before returning to mop up the liquid.

As it was lunch on Saturday we all ended up ordering salads with meat -- the $12.00 salads were appealing enough, the various meats cooked as ordered and the little requests we had of our waitress aside from the clumsiness were all handled professionally.

After the arrival of our food there was no inquiry about whether our meals were acceptable, beverage service seemed to come to a halt, and our waitress was in a big enough hurry to leave that she interrupted our conversation to pick up the signed check but didn't bother to ask whether we needed anything before she (evidently) left for the day.

Longhorn is normally a much better chain than this. I can't blame the wait-person for being poorly trained
