I've frequented The Loop on several occasions over the past year or two. Every time I've gone it's been a great experience, until today (5/11/15). It was obvious that the air conditioner had broken. I may as well have taken my food outside to eat it. Before I even walked through the door, I was greeted with a sign asking customers to help keep it closed. The door was obviously broken and it took quite a bit to close it - not to mention it made the aforementioned temperature situation worse. I also don't know how The Loop has a 98.5 sanitation grade because I had to fend off the flies throughout my meal.

Onto the food. I ordered an 8" pepperoni and sausage pizza. Except for one other occasion, I've order the pizza all the time. This time, however, it just didn't taste right. The main issue was the sauce. Frankly, it tasted like something straight out of a can. The crust and toppings were okay but that sauce just ruined it for me. It never tasted like that before, so I don't know if they changed it or what.

What I do know, however, is that I'll never be back.

The Loop is on the corner of tantalizing taste and supreme socializing. Casual environment is great for meeting up with friends or sneak dating that special someone who thought you were just getting together for a group project.
