For anyone in this business who thinks it is okay to take a person's meal off the table while they are eating it and tell them to leave (because they asked for a substitution) is a death knell for that establishment!

Great green and red chili over a roast beef burrito. Great old school vibe. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Sad that it won't be soon

Loyolas was my first ever green chile experience in NM when I moved here in 1998. After all these years still the best green chile anywhere!
