Luby's, Arlington, Texas Restaurant Details

Food:

Bland food that is way over priced. Service was ok. Restaurant was clean and good, family atmosphere.

This place sucks. First of all they had no silverware and when they lady in front of me told an employee they got an attitude. They had 2 people working the entire line so no one was going anywhere, and the selection of food sucked. And there's no menu or anything to tell you what food they have.

Went in around 7 PM the other night, First thing I saw was one of the servers removing the prices from the food. Now I had no idea how much anything cost. I ask for a serving of dressing and gravy. The serving was so small that a 6 year old could have eaten it. I had to go back and ask for some more gravy as there was less than a spoon full on the dressing , which had been scrapped from the bottom of the pan and was dried out. I will not be back , I will instead go to furrs where I know what I am paying for and get good meal with dessert . Travis

I came in there last week and was very happy about their selection of vegetables and entrees. They have great deserts! When i got to my table i was VERY pleased with the service i got, both of the boys that helped me and my family, Jorge and Leon made sure that i was very well taken care of. While i was there, a very obese and rude family of 6 were harassing the boys because they would not give them free deserts but they handled them very professionally only to have the man keep on being rude and trashy.Those two need a raise after having to deal with that horrible family!Honestly the review below mine is probably that man who didnt get free pie. Me and my family definitely will be back. Only thing i suggest is a drive thru.

Horrible!!!! They have all these people working there and they are all standing around like there's nothing to do, when the restaurant is all dirty... They have these so call "waitstaff" but instead they sit around watching TV.. I had to get up several times to get gravy, soda, sauce, and a rolls.. Because Leon and Jorge where just watching TV.. They should focus more on their duties and shave atleast.. They are rude and lazy, I love this place but McDonalds has better customer service.. I'll think about coming back to eat every Sunday with my family of 6 ONLY IF YOU GET RID OF THOSE LAZY TEENAGE WAITERS.. Sincerely Israel Rodriguez.
