05/11/2015 1:05 pmfirst of all whoever said this is a great place to eat was nuts....First time coming here..waited quite awhile to be seated..hostess was gone...waitress was nice but very forgetful at times...prices are ridiculous..for the amount of food you get vs price is not good. one of the people in our dining party ordered scallops...it was a special and not on the menu..medium size and approx. doz about 8 string beans and a small baked potato for almost $27..soup or salad is NOT INCLUDED in your meals..want a small Caesar salad?..$5.95...pizza came out burnt on the edges..not a lot of flavor! in my opinion the ONLY reason this place is busy is because it gets the LOBSTER HOUSE,S OVERFLOW!!!! The Lobster House is hands down way better and even the Fisherman,s Wharf is even way better..Not a FAN at all!!!! 6 adults and all Drinks were water..total bill...$215..ribs..a beef sandwich and fish and chips, pizza, scallops meal, mussels...you could not choose linguine either....very disappointed! would not come back! |

11/15/2012 7:00 pmgreat place - one of the more low key restaurants in the area, with respect to prices, attire. food quality is great. we love the brick oven pizza for lunch or even dinner. service is attentive and efficient. you have to try the chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches with side of hot fudge for desert... homemade by one of local pastry chefs and are delicious. parking can be hassle and usually long wait given reservations are not accepted |
