One’s experience at Lucky’s Café is only to be measured by the company you bring, an utmost appetite for delicious grub and your intellectual capacity to appreciate fine art. My experience at Lucky’s was kicked off to an invigorating start with the party that joined me…a dangerously cute girl. With the kind server taking our order in a timely fashion, we found time to appreciate the handcrafted mural that coats the most northern wall. Considerable in size, this masterpiece is a classic representation of all the things that the artist deemed important in our fair capital city, including our extraordinary IMAX Theater...? As your gaze shifts, with the smell of food approaching, your sense of smell does not disappoint what your eyes behold. The food that is set before you is a stunning success that cannot be repeated out of that particular kitchen. Lucky’s Café is proving, once and for all, that one’s capacity to appreciate the true form of art can come in the shape of your profound company, a substantial mural or a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns and sourdough toast at a reasonable price.

Hole in the wall place with good food at a great price and excellent friendly service. If you want something fancy stay away, it's not fancy. If you want a hearty basic breakfast come and get it.

So, the food is good, coffee is not good, service was fair. My wife and I ordered ham and eggs, she had the toast, I had the pan cakes (2) with a added hair. ...yummy? The waitress gave us another two pan cakes this time with no hair and much bigger. She omitted the price of the pan cakes which turned out to be delicious. So three stars only because of the"hairy" situation.

I went there a couple of months ago with a friend after a sleepover. I had the pancakes, sausage, and poached eggs. It was really delicious. It seemed like a hole in the wall kind of restaurant. The customer service was excellent and there was this guy there that was very animate; kept the morning people energized and happy.
