It must be tough taking a small, intimate restaurant with a strong reputation for Portuguese food and expand the model to work on a much larger scale. Luso has pulled it off by maintaining delicious taste and good service. Their popularity grew from the roasted chicken which is highly recommended (hint: Especially, if you need take out dinner). The Rodizio is best on the weekends when the meat is continually being served with fresh servings coming straight off the grill.
