Smart place very inviting. Welcome was friendly and the food was very good. Loved the back bean soup. Also had cod served with well cooked vegetables. All in all happy to recommend.

Eggplant fries awesome. Seafood Martinique can I say meaty, yes good portion. The Rainbow Trout always a good choice. Chrissy I hope I spelled it write was great she even told us how great the soup was. LOL Not.
She was great. We will be back, I hope people would give this place a try like we did, it's always nice to walk into a local place and not a chain food restaurant. Thank you for good food. O Gluten free too what a plus. Clean bathrooms another plus plus.

Excellent little place- totally unexpected!! We went in December & it ROCKED!! Great food, service was impeccable & we had the place to ourselves!!

I'm downgrading my rating of Madfish. My last couple of experiences have been less than ideal. On Friday I called to specifically reserve the private room in the back (The Vault) because we were having a private, confidential business meeting. Got there Monday evening and was told "sorry, we gave it to someone else." Seriously?

I was a bit hot about it, but I know mistakes happen. However, the manager didn't bother to buy us a round of drinks or offer us any kind of consideration.

Worse, I've had similar poor service experiences here over the last couple of months.

I've eaten at Madfish more regularly than anywhere over the years and like the food, but I'm getting tired of this sort of thing. We have friends that eat there too and are feeling the same way.
