03/01/2016 4:28 pmNice clean restaurant with friendly helpful staff. Even though they looked fairly busy we were seated immediately. The pancakes are great and the omelets are large. I ordered the apfel pfannekuchen and WOW at the sugar in this thing. I know many reviews urge you to order this and I do love my sweets but I would not recommend this...especially for children. It was covered in sugar so much so that I was constantly needing to scrape sugar from my teeth to even continue eating. Other than this one item everything was great. We will be back but not for the pfannekuchen. |

02/17/2016 4:36 pmMagnolia Pancake Hause is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants in San Antonio and this location does not disappoint. I love their waffles with strawberries, waffles, omelets, eggs benedict (I don't even like eggs benedict), and everything else I've ever gotten there (in all seriousness their gumbo isn't great...but who goes there for gumbo...). I love this place. Their coffee is also some of my favorite coffee. |

01/23/2016 4:52 pmThey have delicious food and pretty great service, the only reason I couldn't rate it full 5 stars is that it's so popular the wait is at least 45 min to an hour at its shortest wait and their hours are pretty short all things considered. There's no call ahead seating because it's so popular obviously but they do have the electronic waiting system where they text you when your table is ready but they only wait a max of 10-15 minutes for you to get there. The food is worth the wait though! |

01/06/2016 4:52 pmThis place has an awesome breakfast menu. The food is incredible, the coffee is very smooth and flavorful (European coffee) and makes the Starbucks coffee taste like bitter dish water. The only word of advice is to add between 30 to 45 minutes wait to your breakfast time. I went there mid week and I had to wait 35 minutes. Their staff is very efficient and the place can accommodate a fair ammount of guests. The issue with the wait is due to this place being VERY popular for breakfast. |
