Soul food served in an open buffet setting - grab what you like, pay at cashier, and get on your way. There is a wide selection, and even some healthier options. Not always as clean as it could be; especially as the open food is not always properly protected. Prices are fair, but usually pretty good.

Food:

Manna's is a great place to go if you know you don't have time to cook Soul Food. They arranged it for the consumer to serve themselves and pay-by-the-pound. My favorite is the Mac-N-Cheese, Candied Yams, Rice &Beans (Caribbean)
BBQ Pork Ribs, Banana Pudding, Peach Cobbler and to top it off corn bread.

What people don't know is that the co-owner is SOUTH KOREAN. That's right! South Korean-African American together has created the best HARLEM SOUL FOOD EVER!

Great buffet. I like the selection as it varies daily. If you ever want a cheat day from cooking Manna's it is. The desserts are my favorite the fruits in yogurt and the banana pudding are good snacks.

This place is a joke. Effortless attempt on soul food. In fact their food Has no Soul. Mac n cheese was rubbery n tasteless. All of the meats were bland and season-less. The jerk chicken wasnt even Jerkin'. I live around the corner and I still wouldn't eat here. I would much rather go to King Jacobs or new Harlem contender Sweet Mama's uptown.
