Food:

Great food but the cashiers need better customer service skills. I don't think they're mean people but they're definitely not welcoming. I have a problem with going into an establishment to spend my hard earned money only to have the employees of the establishment act as if they're doing me a favor by providing the service & items that I paid for. Not cool. I want to give Manny's 4 stars but because of the mediocre customer service that seems to be pretty consistent, I can only give 3 stars.

P.S. Please make the carrot cake slices larger! It tastes great as well but truth be told, that's a pretty thin slice for $4.50. I'm just sayin....

Delicious food, good services, really good prices. They only need to wipe down their menu board and add missing prices to be perfect.

Great food, no doubt. But they CAN NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT!!! I'm so sick of it. Time after time, orders messed up, food missing and shakey service. Tonight I got no fries. Won't be back any time soon. I pay too much to get shorted. Yall messed up bad.

These reviews crack me up. If you want to be "served", go somewhere else. If you want great food, served hot and fast, this is the place. Where else can you get greasy burgers and fried chicken made from scratch using grass fed beef and range free chicken? Onion rings, vegetarian and hand carved roast turkey sandwiches, Portuguese beans, everything I've tried had been yummy. The prices are very reasonable too. Oh, and about the staff, they're hilarious not rude. So bring your sense of humor or stay home.

tried to call in an order. told the cashier. he rolled his eyes and said that their ignoring the phone. Then I requested two legs for the chicken order. he says...we can't do special orders...or would have to charge. ? really?

not sure I want to return this year. enough time will have to pass for me to forget. bad service, or just lack there of.
