Customer service is absolutely terrible!! Tonight my fiancé and I wanted some ice cream while we strolled the river walk, we stopped in and there was a gentleman with his two young daughters in front of us . The two young girls probably 6 and 8 were undecided on what flavor of ice cream they wanted, intrigued by the different colors of course so their father asked very nicely for a few samples for his daughters. Well the employee named Nicole had the worst attitude towards them rolling her eyes, as they were trying to decide the ice cream flavor she was looking away impatiently tapping her fingers on the counter. She didn't even smile when the gentleman apologized for making her wait while his daughters chose the ice cream they wanted. Very very little interaction with her customer... She seemed as if she didn't want to be there, she should have at least made some type of effort to kindly serve her customer whom with his purchase is helping pay her. Customer service should be vital especially in this environment where there are people from all over the world visiting or on business trips. Their experiences should be memorable. Please work on Nicole's customer service skills.

It is nice that they are open on Christmas, but save your money. The service is terrible and you have no way of knowing what mix ins, etc....
