Food:

The pizza is the best part about this restaurant because the service is sub-par. I used to order this pizza for group meetings, but they were perpetually late with the orders even after giving them more than 24 hours notice. Sometimes they'd be 15 minutes early, sometimes they'd be over 45 minutes late. When your meeting only lasts 30-40 minutes at most, poor delivery times really affect you.

The pizza itself is pretty tasty, and the crust toppers are great, but I cannot recommend a place with this poor of service.

Food:

They deliver to work, which is the only reason I've ordered here twice. The first time we called and asked for delivery at 12, and they showed up at 1, after our lunch had ended. This time I called 90 minutes ago, was told 45 minutes for delivery, and it is still not here. I called 15 minutes ago to ask, was told that it was en route but was taking longer because of the rain. I would be better off spending my lunch running out for food than missing lunch waiting on them.

Food:

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. I called about my order and they said 'its the races fault..' I was less than a mile away. Unprofessional. Did not take responsibility for their actions. Absurd management.

Food:

First order took an hour and a half for delivery and when you call they can't seem to find your order. Second order fine but forgot the side sauces. Third they screwed up the phone number then when I called an hour and thirty minutes later they said "we tried the number provided but it kept ringing busy, but we are remaking it now and it should be there in fifteen minutes. Hmmm remaking already or now that I called? We'll see if it comes. Last time we ever order from here.
