Just picked up a pizza from this location. After my family ate most of the pizza, we found a hair cooked into the cheese of one of the last slices. I proceeded to call and spoke with Rick, the manager, he informed me that he would give me a $3 off coupon. A HAIR WAS COOKED INTO THE CHEESE ON MY PIZZA and that is what he said? Plus, he wanted me to drive back to the store to exchange for a new pizza, until he found out there was only 3 pieces left. After that he said that's all he could do. So, because my family and I had already eaten some of the contaminated pizza, the resolution was "o'well". Zero customer service. Unreal. I will never visit this establishment again!
