In the former Woodrow Heights space, an ambitious menu touts chef-driven Creole-French dishes such as hearty gumbo, sautéed blue crabs, roasted bone marrow, and boudin with pumpkin purée, in addition to nightly specials. The simple, intimate space with a patio and plank wood floors has been freshened up with whitewashed walls, table linens and fine stemware to match the impressive wine list.

Smoked Lavender Duck with crispy semolina was absolutely wonderful! The service was also fantastic - very attentive and sincere. The decor is clean and inviting. I will definitely be back.

Service was great but food was only ok. Octopus was a little chewy and the gumbo was a bit dark for my liking.

The food is AMAZING!! It is a completely different restaurant. I am told that Google will not change the listing information. It is now called The Durham House. The building has been renovated. New Chef, who does an amazing job!!! Go to The Durham House website for info!
