Very comfortable bed, and convenient to the metro. The underground connected to shops and metro without going out in the rain

I would not recommend staying here. Quoted wrong rate, charged to wrong card. Almost impossible to fix. Nice place to stay, but accounting is terrible.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room size and style not worth the price though. You are paying for the location...near DC....decor reminded me of the 70's...not as nice as I expected....OK but not great rooms. Staff was excellent though.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel has nice location: it is surrounded at a walking distance by restaurant, coffee, a mall. And Washington DC and Georgetown are very close (20 min by car when no traffic).

Very good hotel, very convenient...My complaint and why the hotel lost 2 stars was because their shuttle people need lots of work. When we arrived there was another couple waiting with us and neither one knew about the south and north loops and they going to different hotels. Luckily the driver that helped us confirmed we were on the right one but the other couple showed the driver their address/confirmation and sent them to our driver and left. Our driver had to explain the look thing and that they had to wait another 20 minutes. It was cold, rainy, and very late. Not nice of the other drive. The second star was lost because on my way out, I jumped out of a taxi as the shuttle to the airport was coming, I asked if I could run into the hotel and get my bags from the bell boy (which is right at the door), the driver did not acknowledge me and a minute later when I came out he had left. Nice! I had to take a taxi to the airport as I was running late already.
