Rude and its hard for them to understand a simple to go order. The food is okay. She also couldnt underatand half pound vs 1.5 lbs. Had to correct her mistake on ringing me up. She wanted to charge me an extra 15 bux. I had her ring it up again and it was right. I asked for sausage she gave me sausage and brisket after asking is that for my famiky meal she says yes sausage only so i asked why she was adding brisket she then says oh you only want sausage. She just repeated it two seconds before. English is not her first nor second language.

Longtime employee is gone, service not the same! It took three people to do what she did, wish I knew her name. Hope the current employer will get more feedback and train the others on what an awesome employee is! Oh and it was extremely hot in there hope that is corrected before summer!

Terrible. I should have realized when I pulled into the parking lot at 12:30 PM and no one was there, that's my bad. Ordered the pork plate, had no smoke flavor or smell at all. Was full of flabby fat and disgusting. The BBQ sauce tasted like bottled from the store, the dollar store. The two ladies there acted like they had no idea what was going on. The server lady picked up a tray of meat, discovered it was hot, and placed it on the floor. The dude behind me in line looked at me and turned and left. I ordered, which was very difficult for her to understand pork plate, she kept saying beef? Then when the other lady came to help they prepared my first plate, but the baked potato I ordered with chopped beef sat there while the lady started carving fat from the meat, not for my order, just carving while I'm standing there waiting for the to go order. The cashier lady came and told her to fix my food first. Very weird experience, not a good vibe at all. Drove back to work and there was zero smell of BBQ in my car. Go to Meshacks around the corner, best smoked BBQ around!! But go at 10:30 AM if you want ribs, they are so busy they run out Quick!!

Yall are full of it!! They get Rudolph's sausage from Deep Ellum delivered here weekly and every time I've been the smoker's fired up in the back. Don't speak if you don't know... Always been my favorite BBQ sandwich around and there are wonderful people serving! Support local business!
Also, the cobbler is not to be missed :)
