Food:

Not really impressed & the problem is not the food. Most of us expect a few communication problems when ordering food from a small ethnic restaurant. But the lady taking orders is rude, arbitrary & uncooperative! In the first place she can't seem to hear & her English is very poor. And she seems to want to dictate. I have simply given up on occassion switching to pizza from somewhere else. Thankfully, I've discovered other Asian places who are customer friendly & understand what me.

Food:

We love it! They deliver fast, and the food is always hot and delicious. My kids like to dine in and sit by the fish tanks. The service has always been fast, and friendly.

Food:

I ordered online and I accidentally put pick up instead of delivery. I called to correct it and she argued with me over it. She kept telling me that the order says pick up and that I could get it in 10min or just not get it. I agreed to pick it up. I was still charged for my food online through the website. I sent my fiancé to pick up the food. She tried to charge him to get the food, after the fact that he repeditely told her that I was already charged for the food. He then asked her for the paper that had all my bank information on since she tried to charge him and she argued with him to keep it but he eventually got my bank information from her. She was rude and I will never be ordering from this place ever again. I will put another review depending on the condition my food is brought to me.

Food:

The food is good, best Chinese delivery I've found near me. That being said, don't try and modify anything or give special instructions because they won't bother following them. Every time I order the veggie eggrolls/spring rolls I specifically ask for a few extra spicy mustard packets with my food. I've been annoyed before because they only included 1 after asking for more, but this time I tried to be exact and told the 4 mustards. Now I have 8 spring rolls and zero mustard packets. Very disappointed since it's something so simple.

Food:

I love it! It's by my job, they deliver quickly and the drivers are always polite.

I'm not saying this is the BEST Chinese in Garland, but for the price and the service, it's pretty damn good!
