Pros: Mya's is the best spot in the surrounding area that delivers. The food is good and delivery is timely.

Cons: The customer service is TERRIBLE! When calling in, they speak in a manner that makes you feel rushed when ordering, they answer your questions about the menu choices reluctantly, and they will cancel your order if you have a complaint. Ordering a meal shouldn't be so difficult.

Example of bad service: I placed an order for delivery 11/14/15 and when asked for the credit card number to place the order, my wife recited me the numbers because she was paying from her card. The man taking the order stated the card didn't go through. We went through that twice. After asking him to run the card a third time, he then stated that he wasn't taking my card info because someone in the background gave me the numbers. I offered to pay with a different card and he stated no card will be used from my address. I told him I've been a customer since 2005 and that held no meaning to him. He stated he was the owner (Camacho) and he had the right to refuse my card. He then have me advice to go to an ATM to get the funds to pay in cash. For the record, the phone etiquette is almost always rude and this is the second time I've had an issue with paying over the phone by card.
In closing, good food/bad service!!!!!
