06/12/2015 10:00 pmAmazing resturaunt - has three seating locations and a cramped kitchen so the staff can be sparce at times, but the atmosphere is wonderful and suits just about anyone whether you like a cool and calm indoors, a busy and lively shop front, or a peaceful back-courtyard retreat from the city. |

06/05/2015 11:07 pmMy partner and I took his family from NY to eat there Friday evening, June 5. The service was horrible. Waitress split the tea, which went threw the hole in the table all in my shoes, she only came by once, and they were not that busy. The orders weren't right, had to ask for everything we needed. Our server was almost non-existent. I will never take anyone there ever again. One bill was over $40.00 and the other was over $70. For that price, you'd think the service would be just a tad better. |

05/05/2015 7:02 pmMy wife and I ordered the chicken salad and for what it is (can you really mess that up?) it was good. Nothing spectacular to talk about. The chicken was cooked well and the portion was ample served on an average size bed of spring style lettuce. |

01/01/2015 11:43 amWe love this place and come here every time we are in Asheville. the bignettes (I can't spell it) are awesome, what's not to like about fresh fried dough and powdered sugar? All the food here is good, although we have only had breakfast and lunch. Service was great - my PoBoy sandwich and my wife's burger were excellent. |

12/27/2014 6:49 pmGreat food and service. The portions were large. Shrimp and grits was delicious with just enough heat. My husband had the shrimp po boy and the gumbo, said both were wonderful. We took home a half order of beignets since we were too stuffed for dessert but really wanted to try them. They were superb. We had our meal at 3 pm and it served as lunch and dinner. The decor was interesting and provides topics for conversation. |
