I bought take-out yesterday and was charged .25 cent. Really, they charge xtra for take out?? Someone mentioned in an earlier review that they were "nickeled and dimed". That is an accurate statement. I'd been to this Mayflower before, but I dined in. The food was pretty good, unlike the Mayflower I went to in Henderson..It was HORRIBLE.The one in Wake Forest was good. They must be franchise restaurants, none of them seem to operate in a similar manner

Excellent food! Service isn't as bad as others have said. No they don't hold your hand and sing Kumbyah with you while you eat, but the food is great & comes out super quick.

We ate there today .I took my daughter there for her birthday . there were 5 in our party . The service was ATROCIOUS .I have eat there ever since it opened I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN . I DON'T KNOW WHEN THE PENNY PINCHING BEGAN IT NEEDS TO STOP. My husband ask for ranch dressing for his baked potato . Now he ordered a steak i COULD NOT BELIEVE THEY CHARGED HIM EXTRA FOR IT.. AT LEAST WE KNOW WHY THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS IN THERE AT 12 45.

Although the food here is good, the customer service is atrocious. Just recently I went to Mayflower and order the any two different combo so i ordered chicken tenders/popcorn shrimp to go. I paid for the food and when it came out they gave me 1 honey mustard and 1 cocktail sauce. I like to mix tarter with my cocktail sauce for my shrimp so I asked for a small cup of tarter sauce. The representative proceeds to advise me if i want tarter sauce i need to pay them an extra .50. (They try to nickel and dime you for anything they feel is additional). I advised the rep i always receive cocktail and tarter for my shrimp and that I was not paying extra when I've already paid. This rep proceeds to advise me only 1 honeymustard and 1 cocktail sauce comes with my order. We went back and forth a couple of times about it until i requested a refund. I advised the rep that they lost over $13 over .50. Extra Poor customer service along with Extra Poor Business skills!!! If you don't care about customer service...EAT UP BUT IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
