This New French eatery proffers "simple, elegant" small plates in a "bustling" space off the lobby of Midtown's London NYC Hotel; those who find it "too noisy" and "pricey" at dinner note it's "terrific" for a quieter lunch, when there's a "wonderful" four-course prix fixe for $30.
