I would always stop at this location for coffee and breakfast but after today's incident with a Indian woman at the drive thru I will NEVER go back!!! P.S McDonald's please train your employees correctly and explain to them the importance of CUSTOMER Service satisfaction.

I just went up there and it took me several minutes to get my order so i expect everything to be hot and scrumptious!!!! Well the 20 piece nugget is hard like cardboard box and to top it off they not answering the phone!!!

Drive-through. Cookline staff were mexican as Hell and had to be hollered at in Spanish to get the order right by the lady at the window. Long wait for a simple order. Burgers sucked and had barely any sauce and tasted dry like the ingredients had been sitting out too long. Not going back here.

EDIT: May 2015 - Gotten even worse. Ghetto as Hell with a panhandler standing next to the order-taking kiosk in the drive through. Don't go here unless you want to get robbed.
