I asked for butter, but was given a butter substitute. When the counter person insisted that what I had been given was butter, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager forcefully said it was butter. When I pointed out that the label said it was something else, the manager said to not worry about the label... that it was butter. Upon opening the container I was able to immediately determine it was not butter. McDonald's is in deep trouble in the market. If unit managers don't know their own products, I guess the company should be in trouble.

McDonald's at the Fashion Centre is not one of the best McDonald's I've been to - the fish filleto on 2 occasions tasted very bad to say the least; and the staff isn't that amicable either. I had the cheese burger the other day & that was not too bad after all!
