Mc Donald's, San Antonio, Texas, Fast Food Restaurant Details

Food:

Went here a few times while I was at this year's TMEA convention. Services was fairly fast, and the food I got there the times I went was prepared and tasted decently. My only gripe was that the place could have been a bit cleaner, the second floor was not available, and their ice cream machine was not working the two out of three times I went. I also noticed prices were slightly higher than any McDs I had ever went to in the past, but everything is overpriced in downtown San Antonio, from what I've learned! Overall, not that bad.

Food:

I waited in the middle of the three registers that were manned for my turn and when I got eye contact with the young girl I wasn't called forward. Within seconds a group of three other young ppl walked in thr door and straight up to her register. I said out loud, " Are u serious?!" but was ignored. I walked out after telling a manager on duty with no results about the situation. Must be nice to be a "homie" of the employees. U get served first...

Food:

Horrible service. .. they are rude and my very first Mcdonald which has locked restroom.

Came here when we had a flat tire, certainly the biggest McDonalds I've ever seen (it's 2 stories) but definitely not the best. Food was super oily and kinda soggy...

17:27 O' clock. She was very rude. I was ordering a happy meal for my son, She asked apple slices or yogurt. I didn't know what my son wanted, so I asked him. She then yelled at me, repeating her question before my son can even answer me. Also store smelled bad and was very dirty. I couldn't wait for my son to finish his food so we could leave. Another thing we have to go to the front to ask them to buzz the restroom door to be able to get in the restroom. What is the point of that. Anyone that wants to go to the restroom could just wait by the door when someone comes out. So anyone can get in there anyways.
