I would say this to All People - Don't Go Here!!!

I went to this place at 11:07pm(Open 24hr). I ordered a McDouble, a McChicken with Tomato, and a small fry.

Can you imagine going to any place in the World and exchanging money for something new and EVERY SINGLE ITEM IS OLD!!!!

Fries were old and stale, the buns were hard, the meat was dry and the McChicken, and even the tomato was hard to rip apart with my teeth.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!! I saw managers talking through the drive thru window and none bothered or cared to make sure my food was fresh or good to eat. That's Nasty, Disrespectful, and shows that you don't give a F&$@ about other people.

I asked for a quarter pound with extra pickles and onions, and got a Mc chicken, I paid for the sandwich, and I tried to explain to the manager and was put on hold, and tried to call them and all I got was busy tone, not to happy

we just waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two sweet teas and a holiday pie. We get to the window and the girl tells us we are going to have to wait 12 minutes for pies. these should have been dropped when the order was placed! I ask for my dollar back and waited another 5 minutes to get that. This is not the first time I have had this experience at this location but it will be my last. This place needs new management or it needs to close! Horrible.

The management here could use a bit of reworking. I visited today, around two-thirty, and ordered a coffee. The young girl up front was nice, and got what I asked. I tasted it, and didn't like how much creamer was in it. It wasn't her fault, she put exactly how much I asked for. So she offered to make me another cup, with creamer on the side, and I gladly accepted. Suddenly, another woman, seemingly a manager, came up and asked what she was doing. The young girl explained the situation to the woman, and the woman seemed to get angry, telling her to "learn how to make coffee" and "not to complain in front of customers." I tried to defend the employee, but the woman shook off my existence, and continued doing poor work and complaining for no reason. I cannot believe a manager would behave like this. I didn't catch her name, but she had red hair. If you're reading this, you're terrible at this job and need to be replaced. Thanks.
