Offering everything you've come to expect from the national surf 'n' turf chain, this above-average franchise supplies a formal setting for flavorful, higher-end seafood as well as nicely aged prime cuts, plus service with just the right amount of attention; there's excellent value during workweek happy hours, though overall it's not cheap.

Food:

Stopped in to get a quick lunch the other day. Simple salad with a piece of swordfish. The salad and dressing were acceptable, but the swordfish was overcooked and tasteless. Must have been frozen for a long time. Bartender was very personable, but the order took 20 minutes. Worse, the bill came to $32.00 (yes, I admit I ordered a tomato juice to go along with lunch)

Decided to go here because we have been to the Kansas City location several times and always had a good meal and dining experience. This location was terrible. The food was bland and the service was terrible. Ordered two appetizers and only one showed up. When they brought that one we had no plates or silverware to eat with. Took forever for them to bring it. Then when the bill came they billed us for the appetizer they never brought. We were wondering why this place had so many empty tables when most other places had a wait.

Food:

It's okay. The waiting staff is friendly but clearly a little busy and overworked. The menu is just standard, not much selection but good quality meats and food. Sitting outside on the patio is great. You can soak in the atmosphere of the Quincy Market area and stare out onto Faneuil Hall. There's usually outdoor entertainment so it's good for that.

Very bad food. Do not go there. Food is nor fresh. Worst chowder I've ever had, had a very strong preserve taste in it. We were still hungry after the meal because food was simply not suitable for human consumption. Even hungry teen kids stopped eating after a few bites.

Took extremely long for service. Order ended up being incorrect. Server was apologetic but still charged us for the incorrect meal as well as the correct meal. Staff seemed confused and uncaring. Was here last summer and loved it. Will probably not return with the number of choices in the area.
