The service and salad was wonderful. Even Though I came late to lunch to meet a friend, they promptly go my meal out so we could eat together. The service was helpful and still not intrusive as we did our business chats. Thank You Omni Hotel

Food:

This restaurant in located at the corner of Omni & across Hard Rock hotel. This place can be easily looked over by the surrounding buildings. One of the places I go for happy hour in downtown. Happy hour is only monday-friday, 4-6:30pm. I usually get the $3.99 Cheeseburger with fries, which is an awesome deal in an upscale restaurant in downtown San Diego. They also offer price-friendly seafood deals, and great cocktail drinks. They also have fast service and attentive staff.

Passive aggressive treatment, poorly cooked food and overall poor service.

There is no way that I would go back to this restaurant. In my opinion anybody looking for a quality dinning experience should go somewhere else. There are much better restaurants in San Diego where you can get better service, the food is better and the views are better. That is unless you enjoy looking at the back train tracks or an alley full of empty kegs lined up behind the Tin Fish (which is a great place to eat by the way).

From the moment we sat down, the waitress couldn't keep her hands off of my drink glass. Apparently, she didn't like where I prefer to place it when I eat. When my dinner came, it was overcooked and the waitress ignored me. The manager apologized to the wrong person and was only concerned that I did not leave hungry. I would have gotten desert, except that they took our order when I got up to use the bathroom. This was after leaving us with the menu for 20 minutes. That was the final insult, and the reason I am writing this review. If not for this being a business dinner, I would have demanded an apology. I will definitely not be returning.

don't like it at all. lobster soup is tooooo salty！ shrimp pasta and smoke salmon are also not good！Cannot believe why so many people gave good comments to it.
