Came in around 10:30am on Monday for breakfast . service was SLOW and INEFFICIENT , although it wasn't breakfast or lunch rush time . Before I left I stopped by the counter and asked - more than once - for a coffee refill (the first and only one I had) . The MANAGER and CASHIER IGNORED me and few minutes later both of them ABANDONED their positions and DISAPPEARED .
LAME ATTITUDE AT IT MOST !
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT WORST !
