My favorite McDonalds in town. I go here a LOT and they've only messed up a couple of times. When I did call about a salad that had frozen, the manager said they immediately threw them all out and made fresh. Even offered me a free salad and fries for my kids. The fries are always fresh, and the ice cream here rocks.

This is the only McDonald's in Mt. View and I have been going here FOREVER. As an adult though, I have been there dozens of times. As much as I love the diversity of their crew from white/black/asian/etc. There has been a rather high amount of inaccuracies in a good portion of my orders. I will admit that once they removed the Big n Tasty from the menu, I have been ordering quarter pounders and just building a Big n Tasty out of it with the drive through person and that seems to be the biggest issue. Once they get a crew that can translate a custom burger order from their montior into my bag, I know I will raise my rating :)

This is one of the best McDonalds in Anchorage. Usually at fast food places you expect bad customer service and rude people but here they are great. It must be the Asians but they run a tight ship and bend over backwards for you. They have started hiring a more diverse crew so not sure if that will change things but i cant say enough praise about them. I cant believe i am writing a review for McDonalds but i was compelled to because of the service. I have been here probably 10 times. The other reviews must be pranks.
