Mcdonald's, Arlington, Texas, American Restaurant Details

Food:

Went in the inside to have my meal with my grandson. Food was hot and fresh...however the staff was loud as we were eating while they was talking with fellow employees that came to pick up their paychecks. Only gave three stars since the manager stood there rather that getting them to quieting down. Very disruptive!!!!

They barely speak English charge me 50 cents for whip cream an does not give me much. Customer service is horrible at this McDonald's..ugh

Good service. .by the time I got there it was 2 customers. ..I was reviewing those comments and people that rate it time ago..omg...maybe they were in a bad mood. ; get out of work..personal problems. .etc...I been living realy close at this location and.. yea..sometimes they forgot to put something in my order but..is not a big deal..

Service is almost always horrible...rather it's missing fries, wrong order totally, nobody speaks English or usually very rude. Pass it by if you can.

Horrible!!!!! The STAFF there is the worst!!! And, the management is no better!!! I went in ONLY to get a large coffee, it took 15 minutes, and there was a full pot of coffee right behind the counter. When I asked the MANAGER Brisa she said she was making a new pot. I told her it would of been nice if I would of had some communication about my order instead of standing there like an idiot. This is the closest McDonald's to my house, and this is NOT the first time I have had to deal with the WORST customer service staff ever!!!! I've spoken to the General Manager ANNA there before, and she does not care. It's like they pride themselves at being rude to their guests!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! I will NOT go back there. Ill just have to drive further for good service.....UGH!!!!!
